Plotty AI ("we," "us," or "our"), developed by ALORA WAVE, a company based in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI role-playing chat application ("Plotty AI") on Android, iOS, or other platforms. By registering for or using Plotty AI, you agree to the data collection and processing practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use Plotty AI.

We collect only the data necessary to provide, improve, and secure Plotty AI. We do not collect data from users under 13, in compliance with COPPA.
- Account Information:
- Registered Email and Phone Number: When you register for an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your phone number for account creation, authentication, and communication (e.g., account recovery, notifications). This data is not shared with third parties.
- Google Sign-In (Android): When you sign in using your Google account via Firebase Authentication, we collect your Google ID or email address solely for account creation and authentication. This data is not shared with third parties.
- Sign in with Apple (iOS): When you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we collect your email address or anonymized Apple identifiers (e.g., private email relay) solely for account creation and authentication. This data is not shared with third parties.
- Biometric Data: Our app declares permissions for biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint or face recognition) due to dependencies in Firebase SDK and payment processing services (Google Play Billing and Apple Pay). These permissions may be used in the future to enhance security for account login or to verify payment transactions. If enabled, biometric data is processed and stored locally on your device using Android’s BiometricPrompt or iOS’s Local Authentication framework, with your explicit consent. We do not collect, store, or share biometric data.
- Chat Data: Messages you input into Plotty AI are processed solely to generate AI responses and are not used for AI model training.
- Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymized data about app interactions (e.g., session duration, feature usage, crash reports). We may also collect install referrer information to track app installs for analytics purposes. Other libraries (e.g., MMKV, Mars XLog) collect technical, non-personally identifiable data locally for performance optimization.
- Payment Information:
- Android (Google Play Billing): For in-app purchases via Google Play Billing, we collect payment tokens to process transactions. Payment details (e.g., credit card information) are handled securely by Google and not stored by us. We use Firebase identifiers for analytics, authentication, and crash reporting. We may collect install referrer information or the device’s advertising ID (if enabled) for anonymized analytics to track app performance. No user data is used for personalized advertising.
